2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

3. Account Registration and Security

3.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on extrabet at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same name, a different name, or via different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. extrabet employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus activity will be forfeited.
3.3 Account Security and Credentials
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
extrabet will never contact you to ask for your password or your payment method PIN. Any communication purporting to request such information should be treated as fraudulent. extrabet accepts no liability for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account credentials where such use results from your failure to keep your login details secure.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
extrabet reserves the right to require identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) documents from any player at any stage of their account lifetime, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following an unusual pattern of account activity. Requested documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to account verification status and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. extrabet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time in exceptional cases.
4.5 Prohibited Financial Activities
The extrabet platform must not be used for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity. Any player who deposits funds without a genuine intention to engage in gambling activity, or who uses the platform as a mechanism for transferring or obscuring the origin of funds, will have their account immediately terminated and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
Currency note: All balances, bets, bonuses, and payouts on extrabet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote Taka amounts. There are no hidden currency conversion fees.
5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.3 Welcome Bonus

5.4 Bonus Abuse

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

7. Game Rules and Fairness

7.4 Interrupted Games
In the unlikely event that a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault, network failure, or platform maintenance, extrabet will use reasonable efforts to record the state of the game at the point of interruption and resume or resolve the game in accordance with its rules. Where a fair resolution is not possible, affected wagers may be voided and the original stake returned to the player's account.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on the extrabet platform — including but not limited to the extrabet brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and any other proprietary material — is the intellectual property of extrabet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the extrabet platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from extrabet.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any platform content or software.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.4 Maximum Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of extrabet to any player — arising from any cause whatsoever — shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your extrabet account at any time by contacting our support team at support@extrabet. Upon receiving a valid closure request, we will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the return of funds following a voluntary account closure.
10.2 Self-Exclusion
